Production

Mission: to help people do the mission by producing a creative atmosphere to enhance our Sunday morning experience.

Job description: pursuing excellence-providing the necessary elements that help produce the best Sunday morning experience. 

Creative Team

Mission: to help people know God, find freedom, and discover purpose by creating consistent content and breaking it down to micro digital, advertising, and marketing, to attract new guests to our church, to reach the lost and found, attractive environment, aesthetics

Job description: creative design, producing videos, managing social media posts, building a team

Worship Team - 

Mission: help people know God, find freedom, and discover their purpose by leading people into an encounter with the presence of God. 

Expectations: practice music daily, be in the presence of God often, be passionate about your instrument/vocals, stay in unity with the team, be prepared, know your music, have standards

Kids City

Mission: disciple kids 

Job description: create a fun clean safe environment for kids to learn about Jesus and grow spiritually You will be preparing classroom, lesson plans, light cleaning, and giving out snacks. 

Gateway Youth

Mission: to see Middle School & High Schoolers' lives changed by Jesus. We want to get kids in church & minister to the lost & hurting.

Job description: attract kids in, game planning, catching and cleaning, disciple, and love

Prayer Team 

Mission: to pray! Make prayer ministry available that is approachable, confident, and comfortable to share prayer requests. Have high integrity for confidentiality

Mission: Create a welcoming reception in the parking lot for churchgoers while maintaining order 

Job description: directing cars into available parking spaces, communicating needed information & directions to the different areas of our facility, etc.

Mission: customer service, creating atmosphere in the lobby making people feel welcome extension of the welcome team 

Job description: customer service, making drinks, light cleaning of cafe and lobby area, putting out food 

Security Team

Mission: to ensure the safety of all environments kid, youth, and kid areas

Job description: rotating and monitoring all areas for the duration of services

Welcome Team

Mission: creating a positive first impression through the door, creating a welcoming environment. It is your privilege to host people and leave a lasting impression.

Job description: greeting people into our front doors with smiles and kind gestures, must know general information, being able to give directions to appropriate rooms for kids/ ministries.
