Communities Coordinator (Part-Time)
San Jose, CA
Hours: 20-25/week
Pay: $28/hr
If you are highly organized, relational, and love helping people feel connected and cared for, this may be the role for you. Gateway City Church is looking for a part-time Communities Coordinator to support our Communities Pastor with administration, communication, event coordination, and ministry logistics. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys creating systems, managing details, supporting leaders and volunteers, and helping adults connect, grow, and experience biblical community.

Promotions Coordinator (Part-Time)

Gateway is looking for a Promotions Coordinator to help bring church events, seasonal campaigns, and key initiatives to life. You’ll work with ministry leaders, campus teams, and the Creative Department to keep communication clear, timely, on-brand, and hard to miss. Videographer (Part-Time)

Hours: 8/week
Pay: $25/hr
We are hiring a part-time Reach Videographer to capture what God is doing in our community. This Sunday-based role supports social media and event promotions using personal or church-provided gear. Ideal for someone who loves video, follows content trends, and enjoys telling authentic, people-centered stories.
