Childcare Team Member (Part-Time)

Do you love helping kids feel safe, seen, and cared for? Gateway is looking for dependable, warm, and engaging Childcare Team Members to help create a fun and welcoming environment for children ages 3–10 during services and events. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with kids, can bring patience and energy to a classroom, and wants to help children grow in their relationship with Jesus. Jr Facilities Associate (Part-Time)

Hours: 15/week (Mon & Tues)

Are you dependable, hardworking, and the kind of person who notices what needs to be done and jumps in to help? Gateway is looking for a Junior Facilities Associate to help keep our San Jose Campus clean, safe, organized, and ready for ministry. You’ll work alongside our Facilities Team with event setups, cleaning, routine maintenance, furniture moves, and special projects that help our weekly services and events run smoothly. If you enjoy hands-on work, take pride in doing things well, and like being part of a team that helps create a welcoming environment for others, we’d love to hear from you!

Videographer (Part-Time)
San Jose, CA
Hours: 8/week
Pay: $25/hr
Do you love capturing moments that tell a story? Gateway is looking for a Videographer to help share what God is doing in and through our church through engaging, story-driven video content. You’ll work closely with our Creative Team to capture Sunday moments, special events, and content for social media and digital platforms—then turn that footage into short-form videos that help people connect with the life of Gateway. If you’re creative, dependable, comfortable behind a camera and engaging with people, and excited to use your skills to help tell meaningful stories, we’d love to hear from you!
